Hi everyone. Today I want to share with you a summary of my first 13 months with this incredible team.

It has been a journey full of learning, laughter and unforgettable moments that have helped me grow both professionally and personally.

From the first day, I felt welcome. The warmth and support of my colleagues made the transition much easier than I had imagined. Each one of them has brought something unique to the team, and I have been lucky enough to learn from their experiences and skills. The team work sessions have not only been productive, but also very fun. Shared laughter and anecdotes have created a positive work environment that makes every day special. One of the most outstanding aspects of these months has been the opportunity to learn. I have had the opportunity to participate in challenging projects that have pushed me to leave my comfort zone. Thanks to the guidance and support of my colleagues, I have acquired new skills and improved in areas that I previously considered difficult. Each challenge has been an opportunity to grow, and I am grateful for each one of them. In addition, team building activities have been a fundamental part of my experience. From informal lunches to more organized events, each activity has strengthened our ties and fostered a sense of camaraderie that is hard to find elsewhere.

These experiences have made work not only an obligation, but also a place where I can enjoy and share moments with people I appreciate.

Looking back, I can't help but feel grateful for everything I've experienced in these 13 months.

I have learned not only about my work, but also about the importance of collaboration, communication and mutual support. I'm excited for what the future holds and to continue growing with this wonderful team. In summary, these first 13 months have been an enriching and fun experience.
