The public cannot access the stadiums. Players are subjected to two weekly PCR tests. The changing rooms are not accessible during the game or practice. Maximum rigor in professional football to avoid contagion.
Last weekend the 2020/2021 season began in the professional football competitions (First and Second Division). We are still in a pandemic situation due to covid19 and the contrast of seeing the beaches full of people without masks and without a safety distance collides with seeing the empty stands in the professional soccer competition matches, being in fact the same image that we saw as of June 2020 when the 2019/2020 season of the professional categories of both national and international competition was restarted. But in addition to the empty stands we must think that the players do not access the changing rooms during the training week, and on match day they only do it to change their upper body changing rooms, and do not shower. The will is to avoid any possible contagion, and for this reason the security measures are very strict and demanding.
Finally, it is worth mentioning that our office accompanied Moussa Sidibe last weekend on the day of his debut in the Second Division A with SD Ponferradina in the first day of competition in the League. The match ended with the result of a goal in two in favor of the visiting team CD Castellón.
